Before launching Sobrynth, Marin spent more than 15 years in enterprise software and healthcare technology, leading revenue growth and go-to-market strategy for both startups and global technology companies. Her work has consistently focused on building solutions that help organizations better support the people they serve.
Marin is also the co-founder and former president of Soberforce, an employee resource group she launched at Salesforce in 2020 that supports sober and sober-curious employees and their allies. Through her work with Sobrynth and Soberforce, she has become a leading voice in the recovery-friendly and sobriety-inclusive workplace movement.
Marin brings both professional and personal experience to this work. She is in long-term recovery herself.
She frequently speaks with employers and industry leaders about reducing stigma, supporting families, sober curiosity and creating workplaces where employees feel safe seeking help wherever they are in their sober journey.
